Our adoption was considered designated, because we linked with our son’s birth mother by means of word of mouth networking. We encouraged our son’s birth mother to go with Adoption Associates, Inc. so that she would receive the needed help and counseling to complete her adoption plan.

After attending several prenatal doctors’ appointments with our son’s birth mother, we ecstatically accepted her invitation of being at the hospital for Curtis’s birth. Adoption Associates, Inc. and the hospital staff treated all of us with the utmost respect. We were given hospital bracelets and felt included in the whole process. We were truly honored to be a part of our son’s birth!

Our experience was so positive that Julie shows her appreciation by volunteering and sharing our story each month at Adoption Awareness meetings. We are so proud and grateful to be involved in adoption and always eager to spread the word about the beauty of adoption.
